SHIPPING POLICY
At 'SAMS Industrial Needs', we believe in providing the highest quality of service to our customers. We offer shipping of all orders across India. The charges are applicable as mentioned below:
A. When will my order be dispatched?
A-1. All orders received before 11.00 AM will be shipped the same day only.
A-2. All orders received between 11.00 - 3.00 PM will be shipped the next day only.
A-3. All orders received after 3.00 PM will be shipped a day after the next day only. However, we will make our best effort to dispatch your order the next day so that your work does not suffer.
B. How will my order be delivered to me?
B-1. Your order would be delivered through reputed courier companies at your doorstep, in serviceable areas. Bulk Orders (greater than 10) & heavy items are shipped through surface & may take more than 7-10 days for delivery.
C. How long does it take for the order to reach me?
C-1. All orders within Bengaluru City Limits will be delivered within 1-2 working days from date of dispatch.
C-2. It usually takes around 2 working days for the order to reach you with-in Karnataka State, from the date of dispatch.
C-3. All orders deliverable to location outside Karnataka State will take at least 7 – 10 working days from the date of dispatch.
C-4. There may be some pin codes which are not serviceable by our delivery partner. In such a case, you will have to pick-up your parcel from the nearest Courier partner Hub, within the specified period of time as mentioned underneath, with the following terms of Storage charges:
Please note: The delivery timelines above are indicational only. Since we depend on our courier partners for delivery, this can vary due to external factors beyond our control
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email & a text notification with the courier and tracking details.
D. The status on the tracking website shows delivery was attempted but I was not there to receive. Is it possible to get the delivery now?
D-1. The courier companies usually make more than one attempt to deliver your order. In case you do not receive your order, please get in touch with us.
